Statement following the attack in Poltava by CARE Ukraine Deputy Country Director, Franziska Jörns:
"CARE is shocked by the devastating new attack on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine, which has tragically claimed the lives of 49 people and left more than 210 injured. Among the destroyed structures are a hospital, an educational institution and residential buildings, highlighting once again the grave dangers faced by civilians, including children, in this ongoing war.
